Reservation Policy
Minimum stay: We have a two night minimum stay for all reservations made more than a week in advance, except when there is an open night "sandwiched" between two existing reservations.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment in full is required at time of reservation.
Check-in: Check-in time is 2 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, we will refund the amount that you paid less a 15% service charge if you notify us 30 days prior to your reservation. If you cancel in less than 30 days, we will refund the amount paid less a 25% service fee. If you check out prior to your registered check out date, we will refund your balance only if we can re-book the house.
